Your payment will be taken upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of order. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for reasons of patient safety and legal compliance with medicines regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
